The Canadian Radiation Oncology Foundation (CROF) is a not-for-profit charitable organization that works with the public and the oncology community through a broad educational program to enhance public awareness of the crucial role of Radiation Oncology in national cancer care. Its support of professional education and scientific research in radiation medicine is aimed at providing Canadians with the highest standard of radiation treatment with the ultimate goal of reducing the burden and suffering of all Canadians diagnosed with cancer.
All proceeds from the Annual CARO-CROF Visual Arts Competition will support the new CARO-CROF Summer Studentship in Radiation Oncology. CARO and CROF recognize the talent that is present among the hundreds of radiation oncologists, radiation therapists and physicists across Canada. To help CARO members and the radiation oncology community showcase their artistic talents in support of CROF, we encourage all interested participants to submit their best work to the CARO-CROF Arts Competition.
